The long-bolt kit (15-1-35) extends the bolt projection on both ends of the lock, useful for applications requiring extra bolt throw or when retrofitting into existing installations with deeper bolt pockets.
Are these compatible with CCL R1 keyway?
Yes! Our R Series uses the same keyway as CCL R1, allowing direct key compatibility when ordered keyed alike to match your existing CCL codes. This makes retrofitting seamless with no re-keying needed.
What's the difference between key-retaining and standard?
Standard locks allow key removal in both locked and unlocked positions. Key-retaining locks (optional) only allow key removal when locked, preventing users from walking away with an unlocked cabinet. Available with handing: KL/KR for 500DR, KI/KV for 600DW.
